Mel Thomas
Marketing CoachI taught secondary Geography for 12 years before leaving teaching in 2013 to co-found BilinguaSing with my sister Ellie. We've built it into a 24-strong franchise network, and we still run it today.
I host these workshops because marketing can feel uncomfortable when you've spent your career in education. We weren't trained for it, we don't want to feel salesy, and most of the advice out there doesn't fit how we want to work.
My approach is simple: be a helper, not a seller. Build trust before you ask for anything, focus on one niche first, and let the right families find you.
